1) WHO: INTRODUCTION
BALOZI MTAANI AFRICA
Balozi Mtaani Africa is an organization that was created to fulfill its name by carrying out acts of its
true founder, Jesus Christ. We know that the true founder aided the sick, fed the hungry, witnessed to
the lost, revealed the mysteries of the Kingdom of God, and empowered others to do the same. This
has been carried out for over 2000 years and continues even to this day. Balozi Mtaani Africa is
affiliated to Heart Ministries Church which exists to reveal the heart of God and The Nakuru Players
Theatre which is a nurturing talent hub registered with the ministry of sport culture and heritage as a
performing art youth group mandated to be the salt and light of the world as we are commanded in
Acts 13:47.“I have made you a light for the Gentiles that you may bring salvation to the ends of the
earth”
The Bible makes it clear that Satan is like a roaring lion seeking whom he shall devour. As believers,
we need to make it our responsibility to let the world know where and how this is happening. This is
happening all around us on a daily basis, and most of us don’t even know. If you pay attention you
will see it in the music industry, entertainment, government, and religion etc. This is where we come
in as an ambassador of change and transformation advocating for positive change through art and act
of word through social and spiritual activities.
HOPE IN LOVE WITH ACTION & TRUTH: Is among the programs to help
achieve the organization’s goal. It is Street Family Worship Service held on every Friday in the
evening and Sunday morning with an aim to instill the fear of GOD in the life of the street families.
According to Proverbs 8:13[To Fear the LORD is to hate evil, hate pride and arrogance, evil
behavior and perverse speech]. {Proverbs 9:10-12} The fear of the LORD is the beginning of
wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. For by Wisdom your days will be
many, and years will be added to your life. If you are wise, you are wise for your own benefit; if you
mock, you alone will bear the consequences]." (HCSB), 1 Peter 3:10-12
For the one who wants to love life and to see good days must keep his tongue from evil and his lips
from speaking deceit, and he must turn away from evil and do good. He must seek peace and pursue it,
because the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and His ears are open to their request. But the face of
the Lord is against those who do evil. (HCSB)
We do this So that:
To bring the street families to appoint of worship to their maker creating a culture of
worship in them and giving them an equal chance of worship as others do.
To show the street families the love of God practice compassion, give them hope and show
them the way out of bondage suffering captivity and torment of the enemy the devil.
To change their perspective towards people and life.
To feed, clothe and shelter them.
To create an avenue for them to be part of change and transformation of our country and
the world. Because by transforming one we transform the world.
OUR TOOL:
The word of God is the tool {2Corrinthians 10:3-6} to break down the strong hold that the devil has
raised in their heart and mind, for the battle is in the mind .When the gates are raised high it is a
spotlight magnet of destruction that pulls towards quarrel to fight to death according to Proverbs 17:19
and 2 Corinthians 10:3-6,1Peter 3:10-12
OUR DRIVE:
Love is stronger than hate and death, faith is more powerful than fear. These great promises of
GOD’S Word are just that, promises, until we claim them and then unleash them through the lives of
Gods people on earth. We must act we must attempt great things of God for God. Psalm 63:3,
1John4:16-21, 1John 3: 16-19, James 1:19-27,
‘Hope is a powerful tool to raise souls and spirit. Love itself is the very powers that transform
despair to hope. This is why we choose LOVE covers a multitude of wrongs ‘I peter 4:8
WHEEL
Prayers, financial support from partners, man power/human resource.
BELIEVE:
We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to evangelize enabling one to reaching one, one changing
one and God transforming masses {Zachariah 4:6-7, 8:23} derived from ROC Kenya Evangelism
Movement .We believe in the possibility to big changes follow from small events and the changes can
happen very quickly “Start Small Grow Big”, that a minor trend can suddenly surges to become a
significant movement “small things Zachariah 4:10”. The kingdom of heaven is like leaven that works
its way incrementally throughout the earth, there are moments these tipping points, when either an
individual or an entire culture can be suddenly transformed for the glory of God. As the suicide
bombers and terrorists are committed people who are literally willing to die on behalf of their causes
their commitment through twisted and misguided, so is Balozi dedicated to see the gospel of Love and
truth is widely spread despite the challenges and scarcity of resources. Gospel must be preached to
every peoples, every nation, every tribe, every language, every race, every culture and to very creature
in the universe. We believe in partnership that no one can achieve on their own and this is why we
spread our arms to up hold the partners hands.
2) WHAT: PROBLEM

eople
who not too long ago would have been singularly resistant to the Gospel. As you walk in the streets
today you’ll see this openness all round you. Children/adult are exploring the street looking and
searching for love and acceptance, food while others search for answers to the hard questions bleeding
from the wounds that life has created open in their heart. These doors into hearts and lives are
swinging open doors that we can just as suddenly swing shut.
These wide open doors could represent another opportunity for us to respond properly. If this fail to
happen scripture as well as history tells us the enemy stands to still devour and kill, the nil and young
in faith if they are not properly grounded and discipled.
In spite of all religious fervor many organizations, institutions and individual, the needs of these places
are still enormous .many are suffering from the pandemic of ADIDS/diseases, poverty, warfare,
hunger and unrelenting oppressions. It’s going to take radical commitment and mountain moving faith
to raise this continent out of the grip of death.
As people lose faith and hope in life they can’t escape their spiritual need. This hunger of the heart
persists regardless of the objections in the mind.
In addressing these questions the first thing to consider is why people become homeless. There is no
end to the reasons people become homeless such as job loss, bereavement, leaving care, leaving
prison, falling out with parents, divorce, war, disaster, poverty. The most common reason people
become homeless is a relationship breakdown whether this be between a couple, family members,
friends or a death. As many of us know these things all come with huge emotional impact and the
breakdown of one relationship often leads to dependence on another to help keep us going.
When grieving for a failed relationship or the loss of a loved one, people can struggle to do the most
basic of things such as getting up and going to work, eating properly, remembering to pay bills and
keep on top of finances. Without the right support, the necessities of life such as paying the rent can
become too much. This could in turn lead to job loss, the loss of other friends or family members and
even the loss of good health. Equally, job loss or even just the threat of unemployment can lead to
difficulties in a relationship which can in turn lead to the aforementioned struggles.
No matter how organized, clear headed and ‘on top of things’ you may be, surely all of us can
identify a time in our life where, if we had not had the right support, things might have ended
differently.
When people become homeless, the first thing they attempt to do is find shelter. They will most
likely attempt to get into a local homeless shelter or an abandoned house, a kiosk, or a tunnel. If you
are fortunate enough to find a shelter that is available, there could be a nominal fee. There are people
that may not be able to afford the fee in the slams. There is also the issue of the safety of some of these
homeless shelters. You have people from all walks of life staying at these shelters. You may have
people with drug addictions, undocumented child predators, and people with mental illnesses staying
at these shelters.
Another issue homeless people face when considering staying at a shelter is the health concerns. The
shelters are not clean, and you may have to deal with a number of insect infestations, and people with
communicable diseases, but if you are homeless your only alternative is to live on the street because
there is no fee. This option is just as dangerous because you may face being assaulted, robbed, and
even murdered when you live on the street and the passer-by life is also at risk. You also have to
contend with inclement weather. Finding shelter is no easy task if you become homeless.
The issue of homelessness is a serious one, and it affects everyone because not one of us knows what
could happen in our future that could lead us to being homeless. This is why it is so important that we
should all care about this issue, and do what we can to bring awareness to the plight of the homeless.
The Homeless Are Different
One of the things people naturally do when they are afraid of something is to distance themselves from
it. Most people tell themselves that "I can't become homeless because"
1. I am not an alcoholic
2. I am not a drug addict
3. I am not mentally ill
4. I am not lazy
5. I am educated
6. I have job skills
7. I have a family who cares about me
8. I have friends who care about me
9. I a home my land is waiting for me
10. We live in a peaceful country, city town or village
11. Our geographical area is secure
12. Or I have stable government
13. Or my parent or I work with the government
14. I have a well-paying job with savings in the bank
Less of the people in homeless shelters are addicted to alcohol or drugs, and/or are mentally ill. Some
of them developed those conditions after becoming homeless. No homeless is harmful, it’s the
harshness of the street that has made them who they are today.
The world isn't perfect, and very few of the people in it are. Sudden disasters fall on the well-planned
lives. Most people, with a little bit of help when they are most vulnerable, can recover from disaster.
Some people seem to recover from disaster without help. There are incidental stories of people who
grew up in extreme poverty, or had their health and all possessions lost in a fire, and who worked and
saved until they had a job and a house and a car again, without ever taking aid from others.
There are circumstantial stories of people falling out airplanes without parachutes and surviving, too.
Shall we do away with parachutes?
OPPORTUNITY:
Balozi Mtaani has seized the opportunity and has responded and planed a service and annually charity
fun day event for the street families in the city. It’s using this opportunity to inspire greater passion for
reaching and discipline the nations. With an aim to have a rescue Centre in the future to help the needy
people in the society .This being our long term goal in the Kujibamba bila biere initiative that leads
to life bila biere{LIFE WITHOUT SUBSTANCE INFLUENCE}a complete turnaround.
We are called to put our faith in Christ whatever trials we face, we must trust and read the signs
unlock the code and focus on what must be done. Heal the sick tend the poor, spread the Gospel of
truth to the bleeding world and shed the light and bring the good taste to revive the dying souls.to look
after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
As the street experience a tremendous spiritual awakening so is the number of massive convert
desperately in need of teaching and training in the foundations biblical knowledge and Christian
character even while in harsh areas according to Psalm 37.we must focus to the call do something
because no one will if we don’t.
There Is No Free Lunch
"There is no free ride" pertains to all of us. Every one of us has inherited benefits and developments
from generations past, and lives in a network of the labor of others. In order to keep that human
network going, each one of us must contribute back to it.
Those contributions come in many ways. A homeless woman in street can decide to sweep and clean
in front to the County courthouse, unpaid. Homeless volunteers can keep a network of homeless
shelters and storage units going. Homeless computer experts teach skills to other homeless people,
help them get email addresses and web pages. Homeless artists and poets move and inspire others both
homeless and non-homeless. Which of these efforts is worthless because it doesn't bring in a salary?
Every one of them can create more value and help the world in their own way. For example, that street
kid could become a scholar and graduate to become a doctor. Another homeless person could start a
business that creates sustainable food sources. Yet another could build a hospital. And the other
hundred or so homeless could have created things that are just as valuable or they could have become
employees of those first few.one could be the leader we are looking for, the preacher and musician or
that special person that the world is looking for. In the end, we’re all better off thanks to what they’ve
done.
Homelessness is expensive for society, and it prevents people from healing, which mean that they
rarely get out of it themselves; it is cheaper for society to end homelessness than it is to have it.
3) WHY SHOULD YOU HELP?
WHY HOPE IN LOVE STREET FAMILY WORSHIP SERVICE exists:
Balozi Mtaani is an organization that was created back in 2007 and registered in 2012 to fulfill its
mandate by carrying out acts of its true founder, Jesus Christ. We know that the true founder aided the
sick, fed the hungry, witnessed to the lost, revealed the mysteries of the Kingdom of God, and
empowered others to do the same.
It is not always true that if you watch out for others, others will watch out for you. But you are more
likely to get out of anything what you put into it, from study to society. And the farthest that anyone is
allowed to fall in your society is the farthest that you will be allowed to fall. If no-one is allowed to
starve, you will never starve. If it is unacceptable that anyone be outside without shelter, you will
never be outside without shelter. If the dignity and civil rights of all persons -- including those who
annoy you -- are respected, your own dignity and civil rights are safer.
No homeless person deserves to be on the street. No one knows their story if they don't ask. Some
could have been very wealthy and lost their job, teenagers could have suffered abuse, or some could
have been shunned from their family, but the fact is no one truly knows not unless we take an interest
in this people.1 John 3:16-24
We need to help these hurt people. Because whether they or you like it or not they are hurting, maybe
not physically or mentally, but they are hurting deep down inside. They want to fix their past and work
towards the future, making it better. Well we can't help what happened in the past, the past is the past,
but we can help their future. James 2: 14-26
It’s moral that lend itself to assisting others, “All things we wish to be done to , we do to others?”
because While you might not (ever) be homeless, someone you love could be. And wouldn't you want
someone to show a bit of kindness, mercy, and compassion toward them?
Homelessness is not strictly a poor person's dilemma. It is a dilemma of the mentally ill, physically
disabled, orphaned, displaced, abandoned, abused, addicted, and more... even affluent (but perhaps
hiding, even from affluence, for some reason). One huge illness and your own parent... spouse...
child... sibling... or self... could end up homeless. Even a messy divorce can result in such, war etc.
It’s best to help those in need. God forbid, who knows? We might someday face such harsh
circumstances ourselves.
Our mission is to follow our Lord Jesus, Feed the poor, aid the sick, witness to the lost, preach the gospel,
It has been said that homelessness is less a lack of income than a lack of community. From the
statistics, it seems that if everyone could help one person a little, no-one would have to end up
homeless
WHY HOPE IN LOVE STREET FAMILY WORSHIP SERVICE exists:
1. It’s who GOD is and He commands us to do so, Zachariah 7:8-10
2. It’s who Christ is and its burning in us
3. It’s who we are
4. It’s the true religion James 1:27
5. Its maturity: The level of maturity is the ability to love in a selfless way. ‘A child keeps every
day for themselves but a mature adult share with the others what they have accumulated.’
6. The more we help others we achieve their full potential in life the closer we are to maturity
and closer to what we describe as success .Success is the legacy you leave behind.
7. There is a sure protection in giving Psalms 41; 13
8. Directives in the bible: Prov. 20;5,Prov 22.9,Prov,11;24-25, ,PROV 19;17,2 Corinthians 9;6-
14s,81-15
9. God gave us life to be proper human beings to help the poor and vulnerable.
10. It’s a good thing to do.
11. We are blessed to be blessing to others acts 3:26

We intend to enhance their citizen involvement in public participation in the country to make them
responsible to equip themselves sufficiently to respond to an increased public interest for greater
inclusion access to information, accountability and better service delivery and citizen participation.
The constitution of Kenya 2010, clearly stipulates the obligation of the state in ensurering public
participation and with sure attitude we would like to provide this citizens with the right to participate
in the decision making process and other duties of the national and country legislatives body.
2) TARGET

successful entrepreneurship through “Punguza Ukosefu wa Ajira kwa Vijana”ART SIO DRUG and
SOMA{Understanding how things work} initiatives among others.
We are for doing good to the poor, the best way of doing it is not making them easy in poverty, but
leading or driving them out of it.” - Teach them ways to help themselves. Not only give them fish but
also teach them to catch the fish themselves.
Getting them back on their feet and off the streets would be good for everyone. We assist them in
getting back on their feet - If people are off the streets, then they are often healthier, and we see this
practically during the events and times that we have spent with the street families in our previous
events which normally paints a picture through our eyes to our hearts that what if they are engaged in
activities such as this. Then their brighter future is attainable.
Out target per year is to get at least a street boy/girl out of the street. Because we believe if not all then
a few will.
3) CHALLANGE
Our challenge will be disadvantages to access resources and luck of funds to assist the people we
represent. When we are approached by people with disabilities who request assistance we use our own
funds to assist them which is way much v of a burden and challenging because of low income and we
represent people with special interest through the country.
When alighted with a strategic vision.it can enhance a nation’s state and reputation. Even in times of
uncertainty.

In addressing these questions the first thing to consider is why people become homeless. There is no

When grieving for a failed relationship or the loss of a loved one, people can struggle to do the most

keep on top of finances. Without the right support, the necessities of life such as paying the rent can

even the loss of good health. Equally, job loss or even just the threat of unemployment can lead to
difficulties in a relationship which can in turn lead to the aforementioned struggles.
